We are currently working on projects with a total value of over £2bn for a wide range of clients across many different sectors.

Clients include Agilent, the Millennium Commission; Electronic Arts, and PizzaExpress. We also help our advertising agency clients, such as Havas, Mother and Delaney Lund Knox Warren and Partners, as their space requirements change. We advise one of the UK's biggest residential landlords, Annington.

We act for both risk-averse, overseas institutional investors, including SEB Asset Management, and entrepreneurial private property companies, such as the Minton Group. Other sector experience includes manufacturing (B Elliot Group for example); retail (Hermès and Jean Paul Gaultier), and utilities (London Energy).

Our investment team helped to deliver Curzon Square, the first new office building on Park Lane for a hundred years, and to secure an office letting at the highest rent per sq ft ever achieved in the UK.
More recently, we have built strong relationships with three organisations leading the way in the evolution of school academies: United Learning Trust, Oasis Charitable Trust and Absolute Return for Kids.
