Within our Dispute Resolution team we have experienced individuals who will be able to answer all of your arbitration questions and guide you successfully through the process.


As well as making sure your case is properly presented, our team can:

  • Advise you on the arbitration process, whether it's a domestic or an international arbitration
  • If the arbitration is to be carried out under the guide of a body, such as the ICC or the LCIA, help ensure that you get value for money from that body
  • Set up an ad hoc arbitration, if, for example, confidentiality is paramount
  • Help you establish a Tribunal best suited to determine your dispute
  • Help you ensure that the Tribunal effectively exercises all of its powers
