Gladys is an employment Managing Associate in the Lewis Silkin Hong Kong office. She is a Hong Kong and Australian (NSW) qualified lawyer. In addition to working in Hong Kong, she has also worked in Tokyo, Japan. She also holds a Certified Information Privacy Professional / Asia (CIPP/A) certification from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). 

Her clients come from a broad range of industries including financial services, technology & communications, media & entertainment, and retail & hospitality. Her work often involves an international element, with a particular focus on international projects, and she supports clients on the full spectrum of the employment lifecycle. Having been seconded to one of the largest US based tech firms working as their Asia Pacific employment counsel, she is also uniquely positioned to understand the needs of clients from their lens.
