I am a Senior Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward Team at Lewis Silkin LLP. I have extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to termination, including contracts and policies, performance management, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy processes, data protection and protected disclosures. I have represented clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts in a wide range of employment related claims.

I also previously worked as a Senior Knowledge Lawyer at Lewis Silkin where, as part of the firm’s specialist knowledge lawyer team, I kept colleagues and clients up to date with the latest developments and trends in employment law and provided ongoing support and training.
