Lewis Silkin advises brand/retail agency Haygarth on sale to Omnicom Group’s RAPP

Lewis Silkin has advised Haygarth, the leading brand/retail agency, on its sale to RAPP, a multichannel marketing agency and part of The DAS Group of Companies (DAS), a division of Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC).

Under the terms of the agreement Haygarth will continue to operate as a separate entity and retain its own identity. Haygarth’s expertise in digital retail shopper and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) marketing is, as a result of this deal, to blend with RAPP’s globally-focused data insight, media and technology proficiency thereby furthering RAPP’s ability to provide expert marketing and communications across the total customer experience spectrum.
