Training on key topics and connecting with colleagues and peers is more important than ever during these challenging times. We have a range of e-learning courses available to give you a flexible training option whilst employees are working remotely or furloughed.

We offer online learning covering a wide range of employment topics through our Worksphere team. We can also design bespoke online courses to address a particular need, around your requirements.

All of our e-learning courses are practical and fully interactive. We use real-life case studies, film clips and quizzes to engage the participants and bring the subject to life.

As workforces are working remotely due to Covid-19 organisations face new challenges to maintain good working environments for employees. We have therefore created a free e-learning module on Home Working and Wellbeing which you and your colleagues can access here.

Immigration law

To ensure your business is compliant and your team continue to be upskilled and emerge fully prepared when ‘normality’ resumes, we have created a series of e-learning modules, which we can also deliver as WebEx training sessions. We also offer a remote mock audit service.

Our virtual training and e-learning courses covering key topics such as Tier 2, Right to Work and Brexit and are designed to be practical and interactive. Our remote mock audit service allows for a review of your HR files processes and procedures to assist you in reducing exposure to potential penalties for when we resume business as usual.

Data & Privacy

We provide data and privacy training for stakeholders across your business, from sales and marketing managers to HR managers and those primarily interested in the GDPR, the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

For work place data privacy and protection we run a selection of e-learning courses to help educate employers and employees. You can view a demonstration of the data awareness e-learning class online.We are also offer data breach ‘Insider threat’ training exercise focussed on defending against a threat that comes from one of your own people.  You can find out more about this training here.
