• What’s the latest from the leading European jurisdictions, where governments are introducing increasingly controversial approaches?

• Is the mood changing, both in politics and in business, towards a more pro-active approach to encouraging or mandating vaccination (despite Joe Biden’s federal mandate requiring compulsory vaccination in workplaces in the US having failed)?

• If employers are mandating vaccination what exemptions are they permitting? And what measures are employers taking short of mandatory vaccination to protect the workforce and the bottom line?
