Please join us for another session in the IP360 seminar series. This seminar examines Brexit and IP as well as an update from the UKIPO (with James Porter, Deputy Director, Policy and Legal Division, UKIPO).
We are delighted to be joined by James Porter, Deputy Director at the UKIPO, who is currently working on the IP aspects of the Brexit negotiations with the EU.
In the midst of the biggest global pandemic in 100 years, Brexit negotiations have understandably been pushed down the news agenda. However, with the end of the transition period currently less than six months away, negotiations to agree a trade deal are taking on more and more importance.
James will discuss the potential implications of Brexit on IP rights and what rights-owners can do now to prepare, including consideration of the IP aspects of the Withdrawal Agreement.
Please register using the link above if you would like to join us. We hope you can make it.
Our IP360 seminar series will cover the full spectrum of your IP needs. In today’s world, we recognise that having a co-ordinated global IP strategy has never been more critical. This seminar series is designed to help you develop a consistent approach across the registration, management, commercialisation, defence and enforcement of all your IP assets.
