Some key changes to employment law are being planned as part of the government’s post-Brexit reform agenda.
The government has announced a significant proposal to limit the length of non-compete clauses to three months, and a package of reforms to holiday entitlement, rolled-up holiday pay, the recording of working hours and TUPE consultation requirements.
This webinar will explore what this will mean in practice, how employers should prepare and if further proposals are likely.
