Mental wellbeing is rising to the top of corporate agendas. Organisations are increasingly aware that a failure to address employee “wellness”, and particularly issues around mental health, can be costly. Poor mental health at work costs the Irish economy up to €11 billion each year. There is clear evidence that employers who promote positive mental health in the workplace have a happier and more productive workforce.

Our roundtable is an opportunity for senior HR/legal professionals to explore the issues and look at ways in which organisations can remove the mental health stigma within the workplace, and encourage a healthy engaged workforce. We will share with you what Lewis Silkin is doing to promote positive mental well-being, and the issues that we are seeing in this area.

If you have any queries, or a colleague who would like to attend, please contact events@lewissilkin.com.
