Our regular review will examine major recent and upcoming developments in both employment and immigration law.
We will look at plans for the future including the introduction of the new duty to prevent sexual harassment and what is happening with the Employment Bill. We will also update you on the latest important cases, and as usual the session will cover any up-to-the-minute changes affecting workplace rights. We’ll also be covering the latest Immigration Rule changes and recent developments on Covid-19 travel, sponsor license reforms and right to work. Delivered in a practical and commercial way, this program is aimed mainly at HR managers and those with equivalent experience of dealing with workplace employment and immigration issues.
