About

I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward team based in Leeds. I joined Lewis Silkin in September 2025, having completing my training contract in August 2025. As I have completed my Law degree, a Master's in Law, two years as a Paralegal and two years as a Trainee Solicitor, I am equipped with a strong foundation in legal principles and critical thinking. I can offer a detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-focused approach to complex employment issues. I approach client work with enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to help. I am committed to making the client experience as smooth and positive as possible, for both individuals and businesses.

Experience

  • Helping employers defend Employment Tribunal claims brought by their employees. This includes claims of discrimination, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal and unlawful deductions from wages.
  • Providing a range employment advice to employers and HR professionals, from day-to-day issues to complex legal issues.
  • Preparing and advising on a range of employment documents. This includes employment contracts, service agreements, HR policies and handbooks, and settlement agreements.
  • Assisting with the employment-specific aspects of corporate transactions, including involvement in the due diligence process and preparing all essential employment documents to facilitate the transaction.
