About

I qualified as an employment lawyer in 2007. Before joining the Rockhopper team, I gained valuable experience at a leading Top 100 law firm in Kent.

I advise organisations across a wide range of sectors on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including absence management, redundancies, TUPE, discrimination, negotiated exits, employment status, and family rights. I also have extensive experience representing clients in employment tribunal litigation, with a particular focus on disability discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring great food, keeping active at the gym, and watching rugby and Formula 1.
