I am a Trainee Solicitor currently seconded to Dr. Martens' in-house IP legal team. Prior to this, I worked in our Dispute Resolution team, which included assisting on:

• a collective action in the Competition Appeal Tribunal against a major UK institution for anti-competitive behaviour; and
• enforcement proceedings for the beneficiary of a c.£80m judgment debt arising from a United Arab Emirates Judgment with a worldwide freezing order in place against the Defendant.

Additionally, I was seconded to GoCardless Ltd where I reviewed and advised on supplier contracts and data processing agreements, drafted NDAs and partook in contract negotiation.
