I am a Senior Associate in the Manchester Employment team at Lewis Silkin. I joined the firm in November 2025.

I qualified in 2019, but I have worked in the Employment sector for over 9 years. I have experience in a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters. The bulk of my work involves handling Employment Tribunal claims for Respondent clients in the retail sector and I have a particular interest in complex discrimination issues.

I am people focused and I'm motivated by the human element of my work. I offer agile and tailored advice to my clients and always with a smile!

  • Advising on, and managing complex Employment Tribunal claims, most commonly defending high value, multi-day discrimination and whistleblowing claims

  • Advising HR and in-house legal teams on a broad range of day-to-day people issues including exits, capability, disciplinary, grievance, and redundancy processes;
  • Assisting clients on the delivery of projects (such as business restructures or contract reviews), including advice in the preparation stages, drafting of key documents and guidance throughout the process;
  • Providing dynamic and engaging training to clients on employment law and HR updates
