I am a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate legal practice group. I qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and subsequently joined the firm in 2024, having gained experience at a large regional law firm advising on a variety of corporate matters.
My corporate experience includes advising on private M&A (acting for both buyers and sellers), private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.
