I have over a decade of experience advising on strategic employment issues and decisions, from hiring to firing, and everything in between. As part of the rockhopper team, I provide HR support and guidance to employers on issues such as redundancy, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working, performance management and sickness absence, to name a few. I help employers to manage their workforces effectively and resolve employment disputes efficiently by giving pragmatic and commercial advice. I also have particular expertise in business transfers (TUPE). I have significant experience in handling Employment Tribunal claims (including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing), including settlement negotiations.
I advise clients across a broad range of sectors, but I have substantial experience in the retail, hospitality and leisure space. Prior to becoming a rockhopper lawyer, I was a Senior Associate at international law firm Charles Russell Speechlys.
