About

I am a Senior Lawyer in the LS In-house team, and I have been working as an in-house employment lawyer for over 15 years. That experience has helped me to understand the importance of providing responsive, pragmatic legal advice considering commercial priorities and communicating that in a clear way tailored to who I am advising.

I have advised HR professionals as well as a range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority in the corporate functions, production teams and creative departments of organisations in the creative sector, in particular TV, film and theatre.

Prior to my time in-house I worked in private practice where I had the benefit of advising clients in multiple different sectors on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
