I am a Trainee Solicitor at Lewis Silkin, having previously worked for several years as a Paralegal in the firm's Intellectual Property Disputes team. During that time, I supported a wide range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including the preparation of pleadings and evidence, bundle management, and legal research across all stages of proceedings. I have assisted on a number of reported cases before the High Court, the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, and the Court of Appeal, gaining experience of complex litigation, strategy, and advocacy.
Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked in copyright and trade mark enforcement and anti-piracy initiatives for leading stakeholders in the music industry. I hold an LLB (Hons) from the University of Greenwich, completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, and studied as an ERASMUS exchange student at Université d'Angers, France.
