I am a Trainee Solicitor currently in my first seat at the Litigation department. Before starting my training contract, I was a Paralegal in the Employment, Immigration and Reward team. Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked as part of the global employment legal team as Paralegal in an international fintech giant for a year and also a China based e-commerce tech conglomerate for almost 2 years.

I completed my LLB at the University of Portsmouth and my Postgraduate Certificate in Law at the University of Hong Kong.

  • Drafting and reviewing employment documents such as employment contracts and employee handbooks
  • Conducting legal research on and drafting legal advice for all employment related issues in Hong Kong, including discrimination, termination, occupational safety and health
  • Managing international projects

Immigration

  • Handling various kinds of employment visa applications and extension of stay applications in Hong Kong
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal advice on immigration related issues in Hong Kong
  • Handling breach of condition of stay prosecutions
