About

I am an Associate in the Corporate team, working with startups, growth companies and investors across the full corporate cycle, from early-stage financings through to exits. I have advised on national and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, with particular experience in the technology and life sciences sectors.

Before joining Lewis Silkin, I trained at CMS and completed a corporate role at Linklaters, where I supported global technology clients on regulatory compliance projects and advised on acquisitions in the tech and media space. I have also acted for scaling companies on multi-million-pound fundraising rounds.

I enjoy working closely with founders and investors to deliver clear, pragmatic advice, and I am especially interested in supporting innovative, fast-growing businesses as they scale.
