About

I work in the legal operations team within the DCC group, supporting clients to improve the performance and effectiveness of their legal functions. My work focuses on helping legal teams optimise the way they operate through process improvement, operating model design and the effective use of technology.

I'm particularly interested in how legal teams can combine strategy, process and technology to operate more efficiently and better support the business. I enjoy working with clients to identify practical solutions that simplify ways of working, improve collaboration and support better business outcomes.

Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I completed a business and legal operations graduate scheme at Slaughter and May, where I worked across the project management, innovation and pricing teams. During this time, I also completed a six-month secondment with the legal team at a large healthcare provider, supporting process improvement initiatives and operational projects within the legal function.
