I am an Associate in the Employment team at Lewis Silkin based in the Belfast office. I qualified as a solicitor in 2024 and worked in general practice before joining Lewis Silkin in 2025.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, I held the roles of Head of Human Resources and other Human Resources roles across the public sector. I was involved in providing strategic Human Resources advice, pay restructuring and job evaluation, policy writing, performance management and conducting investigations. I understand the practical issues faced by managers and Human Resources staff and have a pragmatic and collaborative approach.
