I am an Associate in the Employment team based in Manchester. I studied law at the University of Leeds before moving to Manchester, where I completed the LPC.

I advise employers on the full spectrum of employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. My experience spans a range of sectors, including national corporates and transport providers. I provide clear, pragmatic advice that balances legal risk with commercial priorities.

Experience

  • Advising on complex and day-to-day employment matters, including organisational restructures, policies and procedures, and employee relations.
  • Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, employment contracts and service agreements, and advising on contractual terms and variation.
  • Assessing litigation risk and managing Employment Tribunal Claims, including discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims, from pre-action through to resolution.
