About

As a rockhopper lawyer, I work from home but I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on the various HR or employee relations issues that arise. I also undertake tribunal litigation work including responding to unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims and whistleblowing claims.

I have over 10 years' experience of advising on all aspects of employment law for a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining rockhopper I worked for respected regional firms where I predominantly acted for medium and large companies (including global companies) in tribunal litigation matters and undertaking advisory work on employee relations issues.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and travelling as much as possible.

  • Advising employers on a range of employee relations issues such as disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, and sickness, including advising global companies on their workforce in England and Wales.
  • Drafting employment documentation such as contracts and settlement agreements.
