Lewis Silkin participate in Law Society LGBT+ podcast on bullying and harassment

Two members of Lewis Silkin’s Diversity Board discuss issues faced by the LGBT+ community.
Lewis Silkin’s Anna Bond and Zoe Ingenhaag have taken part on a Law Society podcast as part of LGBT+ History Month discussing bullying and harassment faced by the LGBT+ community in the workplace. The podcast, hosted by The Law Society’s LGBT+ Lawyers Division, discusses the types of negative behaviours that present themselves in the workplace and recommendations on how colleagues can become effective and active allies.
Anna Bond and Zoe Ingenhaag co-lead Lewis Silkin’s LGBT+ group and regularly advise on employment law issues relating to LGBT+ community such as discrimination and harassment claims, drafting policies relating to transgender and non-binary employees and diversity training.
