Síobhra Rush provides comment to RTE News on the updated workplace guidance in Ireland

The Transitional Protocol was published by the Department of Enterprise, Trade, and Employment which sets out some guidance for employers to support the safe return to physical attendance in the workplace.

Síobhra provided comment to RTE news on the guidance.

“It may be that the employee needs a certificate from their doctor to say that it’s too risky for them to come to work, but the risk is around the workplace and the work that is being done in the workplace and really the employer and employee are best placed to discuss that, and how the risks to health can be reduced…”
