Lewis Silkin has advised The Outsiders Perspective on securing a minority investment from The Independents, marking its entry into L’Incubateur - an initiative founded by Alexandre de Betak, Creative Chairman of The Independents. This collaboration aims to harness the collective’s global expertise, broaden international reach, and lay the groundwork for expansion into the hospitality and beauty sectors.
The transaction was led by Corporate Partner Sadiq Tajbhai, with support from Corporate Associate Sophie Massing.
