The Lawyer Awards celebrate leading lawyers and firms across a range of categories. Winners are chosen by a judging panel drawn from the Bar, private practice and in-house sectors.

Delphius has been recognised for helping to solve a significant challenge faced by in-house employment lawyers and HR professionals with multinational remits. Conversations with our clients revealed that staying on top of relevant employment laws and procedural requirements in each jurisdiction can be incredibly tough.

Having discovered this major pain point, we built a digital platform to address it. Delphius allows users to ask questions in natural language and receive clear, practical answers based on up-to-date, expert-qualified information.

Developed with Ius Laboris, an alliance of leading employment law firms in nearly 60 countries (Lewis Silkin is the UK member), it draws on a knowledge base maintained by employment law specialists across all member jurisdictions, with users able to contact these experts directly if needed.
