31 July 2017
Lewis Silkin, a leading international law firm to creative agencies, has advised Next 15, the AIM-listed digital communications group, on its acquisition of a B2B market research consultancy, Circle Research. This deal marks the second acquisition that the Lewis Silkin team has been instructed on for Next 15.
Circle Research, which counts Vodafone, Google, MasterCard, BSI and Facebook among its clients, will join Next 15’s data and insights subsidiary, MIG Global Limited. Circle generated net revenues of £2.2m, and an adjusted profit before tax of £1m. The acquisition allows Next 15 to build on their deep data and insights offering and is expected to enhance earnings for the Group.
This is the second acquisition in two days for Next 15. The first being the acquisition of UK-based digital agency Velocity Partners for £5.9m, on which Lewis Silkin supported the in-house legal team with tax, real estate and general corporate advice.
