Lewis Silkin advises Sager Group on joint venture with Cain Hoy to develop Islington Square

Lewis Silkin has advised property development and construction company Sager Group on its joint venture with Cain Hoy Enterprises, a private investment company, to transform London’s Islington Square, an area close to Kings Cross, the City and Tech City.

Islington Square is a 4.5 acre mixed-use regeneration and development scheme in the heart of Islington, London N1. This corporate transaction involves a multi-million pound investment by US funder, Cain Hoy Enterprises, and the scheme is to occupy the former North London Royal Mail Centre building on Upper Street.
