Lewis Silkin has advised Treasury Spring on its $29 million Series B funding round

Lewis Silkin has advised TreasurySpring on its $29 million Series B funding round led by Balderton Capital. Mubadala Capital also participated in the round, alongside previous investors ETFS Capital, MMC Ventures and Anthemis Group.

TreasurySpring is a London based fintech which addresses the need for companies of all sizes to diversify their cash deposits, access high-quality investments and minimise their banking risk. TreasurySpring supports clients across a range of sectors and stages including FTSE 100 corporations, leading multinationals, global fund managers, high-growth tech companies and private charities.

Lewis Silkin has advised TreasurySpring throughout its growth, including on its Series A funding round in 2021.

The Lewis Silkin team was led by Corporate Partner – David Willbe with support from Senior Associate – Peter Bates.
