We are pleased to announce that our Cardiff Corporate team led by Geraint Tilsley has been nominated for the Private Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year at the Insider Media Wales Dealmakers Awards.
The awards shine a spotlight on the top company transactions over the year, and the corporate finance advisers, company dealmakers, lawyers and funders that made them happen.
The nomination is a result of the successful acquisition of Principality Plastics Warehouse Limited by our client, UPVC (Electrical & Plumbing) Limited (UPVC), followed by an investment from Development Bank of Wales in UPVC.
