Check in / out

• We have arranged a group check in for all delegates who have requested a bedroom.  You will be able to collect your room key from the Hanover Lounge at 5.00pm.
• On arrival you can leave any bags with the main reception. Luggage will be delivered to your room ahead of check in.
• Check out is at 10am on Saturday 27 June. Early check in cannot be guaranteed if requested.

Dinner & breakfast

• Breakfast will be held in The Beaumont restaurant from 8:00 – 10am.
• Dinner will be a casual set up with a selection of food stalls served on the Hanover patio.

Private work / meeting rooms

• If you need to catch up on emails or take time out for work, Buckingham 5 can be used.
• For client/internal meetings we have 2 smaller boardrooms, please contact paris.king@lewisilkin.com if you wish to pre book. All Buckingham meeting rooms are located down the corridor from the main event space.

• The pool and gym facilities are available for you to use up until 10am on Saturday 27th June.
