Deloitte's 2015 Human Capital Trends report highlights 10 trends that are shaping the nature of work and the ways organisations approach talent management, which reflect four major themes for the year: leading, engaging, reinventing, and reimagining. The research highlights that as the economy grows and skills become more specialised, the competition for talent has increased. This has driven culture and engagement, leadership, and development to the top of the human capital agenda. These challenges consistently ranked as the top three most important issues across regions and industries. The report also presents the capability gaps associated with each of these trends, and offers practical insights to help organisations address each of these challenges.
