This report by the CIPD, based on a comparative study covering five European countries, investigates how employers can best manage an increasingly older workforce in the context of their health and well-being and care responsibilities. The report offers recommendations that provide a starting point for employers from which to develop a holistic policy on attracting and retaining the valuable skills and talent of older workers.
