Deloitte's 2022 Gen Z and Millennial survey reveals that the impact of the last few years has led the youngest generations in the workforce to reassess their priorities, leading to the Great Resignation. The survey findings indicate that the sustained workplace changes these generations are asking for - including higher compensation, more flexibility, better work-life balance, increased learning and development opportunities, better mental health and wellness support, and a greater commitment from business to make a societal impact - are also the strategies that will help employers attract and retain talent.
