The report also suggests that companies will be cautious in their approaches to taking to return-to-office mandates, while workers will be drawn to smaller companies with less rigid remote work policies. Moreover, the proliferation of generative AI will it easier to access information and increase productivity for some workers in the long-term, but they will also increase the premium on human peer-to-peer interaction.
