This report by LinkedIn analyses data from more than one billion professionals and 69 million companies across the platform, revealing that professionals entering the workforce today are on pace to hold twice as many jobs over their careers compared to 15 years ago. While managing change can feel challenging, organisations that embrace it can gain a competitive advantage: 51% of the businesses that adopted generative AI reported a revenue increase of 10% or more.
