This report from the Institute for the Future of Work tracks trends in access to good work across local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales, analysing six dimensions of good work: employment, economic activity, the share of professional jobs, deroutinisation of occupations, satisfactory working hours, and pay. It reveals that the nature and extent of regional disparities in access to Good Work have widened, in spite of an overall improvement in scores over the decade.
