This World Economic Forum report highlights how investing in labour health and climate adaption across an organisation’s value chain can advance both business and public health outcomes. It calls for a shift in corporate strategy and risk assessment, embedding health alongside environmental and financial metrics. While momentum has been building, there is a need to progress from innovative pilots to coordinated, scaled investments, which will be possible only through joint collaborative leadership across companies, industries, governments and civil society.
