I have broad experience advising clients on everything from advertising & marketing, to franchising, creative services, IT, e-commerce, intellectual property and consumer law.

I am a member of the firm’s gambling team and have particular expertise in advising on prize draws and prize competitions, as well as promotional marketing and advertising clearance more generally.

I am also CIPP/E certified and regularly advise clients on data protection matters as well as the data aspects of broader corporate and commercial deals. I have been quoted in the press and have previously been recognised in the legal directories.
