As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I joined rockhopper in 2019 having worked in house for a number of years in employee relations for a leading furniture retailer in Yorkshire and previous to that, an investment bank in Canary Wharf. I trained and qualified at an international law firm in London in 2010 and have experience of advising on all aspects of employment law for a wide variety of clients.
