I am a Senior Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division.

In my role at Lewis Silkin, I support both employers and employees from various sectors on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues. These include contract and policy drafting and review, the negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements and advising on best HR practices. I also regularly deliver training to our employer clients.

I have extensive experience in Employment Tribunal litigation, including before the Employment Appeals Tribunal, having dealt with complex cases involving: TUPE, whistleblowing, discrimination (including claims relating to disability, sex, race, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, gender reassignment and religion), automatic unfair dismissal, wages and unfair dismissal.

I am a member of the following groups within Lewis Silkin:

  • TUPE specialist group - I advise regularly on the legal and practical implications of the TUPE Regulations.
  • Investigations and Regulatory specialist group – I advise clients on all aspects of internal investigations involving staff members
  • Advertising and Marketing specialist group - I advise numerous organisations across the advertising and marketing sector on all aspects of employment law.

I also support our Tax, Rewards & Incentives team advising on employment tax issues.
