I joined Lewis Silkin in October 2017 as a paralegal in the Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams.
I studied law before completing the LPC at City University, London in 2016. Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked at Hamlins LLP in their lender services team. I specialized in mortgage enforcement and advised clients on a range of matters relating to debt recovery.
In my spare time I enjoy sport and music. I captain a cricket team and teach Dhol (drums) to children at my local community centre every Wednesday evening.
I handle matters on leasehold enfranchisement and in particular handle a number of lease extension claims under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
I assist Brian and Mario with disputes arising from dilapidations claims, restrictive covenants, and indemnities.
I currently act for landlords in seeking injunctions, possession claims, rent arrears, anti-social behaviour and attending court for without notice applications.
