As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I qualified into employment law in 2006 and have spent well over a decade acting for employers and employees on advisory, tribunal and transactional matters. My work has spanned over all areas of employment law from day to day matters such as disciplinaries and grievances to restructures and complex discrimination and whistleblowing tribunal claims.
I became a Partner in 2015 and moved to Lewis Silkin’s rockhopper team in 2020. I work part-time and am home based, allowing me to work for a top firm at the same time as having that all important work life balance!
