I am a Senior Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division based in the Dublin office.
I am experienced in advising domestic and international clients across a wide variety of sectors and I regularly support HR and legal counsel on a range of employment law issues including recruitment practices, contractor and outsourcing arrangements, contract and policy reviews, performance and absence management, health and safety issues, grievance and disciplinary issues including investigations, employment equality and the termination of the employment relationship. I also advice clients on employment issues in commercial transactions and corporate re-organisations including TUPE. I provide internal training to clients on managing day-to-day employment issues and am also experienced in helping clients defend claims before the WRC, Labour Court and the civil courts. I previously worked in a top tier employment team in one of Ireland’s largest law firms and hold a Diploma in Employment Law from the Honorable Society of King’s Inns. I’m a tutor on the employment law course with the Law Society of Ireland and am a member of the Employment Committee of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
