I qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and joined Lewis Silkin’s Cardiff office in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division.
I advise employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters across a variety of sectors. I provide day to day advisory support to clients and also have a wealth of experience managing complex Employment Tribunal proceedings.
My recent experience includes advising employers on a range of issues such as redundancy, changing terms and conditions and dealing with disciplinary and grievance procedures, including advising on strategy at all stages and helping negotiate the exits of key employees. I have handled a number of complex discrimination claims, for example, an equal pay, sex and age discrimination claim. I have also successfully represented a number of clients at judicial mediation.
Advertising & Marketing
I regularly advise clients in the advertising and marketing industry and am aware of the particular concerns of clients operating in this industry. My particular experience in this industry includes advising on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, restructurings and TUPE.
