I am an Associate advising national and multi-national employers on all aspects of employment law.
I joined Lewis Silkin in 2015 upon qualification. Prior to this I trained with a national law firm, having gained degrees in psychology and law.
My experience covers contentious and non-contentious work and includes advising on complex grievance and disciplinary matters, collective redundancies and restructures, the management of sickness absence, employment contracts and policies, all employment aspects of COVID-19 and employment tribunal claims.
I have a particular interest the supply of labour and recruitment regulation and have experience advising on employment business agreements and compliance with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the Agency Workers Regulations 2010.
Part of my practice involves the strategic project management of cross-border employment advice for multi-national clients. My recent work includes advising on the harmonisation of bonus terms, amending policies to be used across multiple jurisdictions and co-ordinating advice in respect of a European restructure and redundancy process.
