I joined Lewis Silkin as an Associate. Prior to this, I trained at a national law firm, having studied at the University of Law and gained a degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton.
I now advise national and international employers on a wide range of employment issues.
Outside of work I love to travel and I spent a year working in Australia before starting my training. I also enjoy hiking, ski-ing and the occasional bit of baking.
I support employers from varying sectors on a wide range of employment issues. My experience includes advising on grievance and disciplinary matters, handbook and policy updates, settlement agreements, redundancies (both collective and individual) and defending employment tribunal claims.
I often work with multi-national clients and my practice includes the project management of international advice.
I have a particular interest in collective issues and industrial disputes and my recent work has included projects in these areas, both national and international.
Data & Privacy
I advise on data protection matters within the employment context. I have experience advising on the processing and retention of employee data (including within a recruitment context) and employee monitoring. My practice also includes responding to and managing data subject access requests, drafting data protection policies and advising on privacy policies.
Retail, Hospitality and Leisure
I work regularly work with retail clients and hospitality clients and have experience advising them on their general day-to-day employment law needs and providing support with cross jurisdictional projects.
