Public and administrative law
My public administrative law experience and practice involves advising and representing public authorities and individuals in judicial review matters, managing public money, good governance and the avoidance of maladministration. My judicial review experience includes representing a group of applicants including politicians and members of the NI Assembly, human rights activists and human rights organisations in the Supreme Court in the successful Brexit challenge to the triggering of Article 50 without Parliamentary approval.
I also regularly provide advice on Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
I have been ranked as a leader in my field by Chambers and Partners UK and described as “an expert in human rights and anti-discrimination law. Her international reputation has led to her advising on fair employment policy in both the UK and the USA”.
